Surface Pro 3, Microsoft rilascia un nuovo Firmware

Microsoft ha rilasciato i dettagli dell’ultimo firmware appena rilasciato per il Surface Pro 3, prodotto del 2014 ma attualmente, secondo i dati di AdDuplex, il secondo device più diffuso della famiglia Surface dietro al successore Surface Pro 4.

Ora con l’update del nuovo Firmware anche il vecchio convertibile da 12’’ è compatibile con le recenti Type Cover presentate per il nuovo Surface Pro.

Qui di seguito le specifiche del changelog:

• Surface Smart Cover Backlight – System device: 3.0.0.0 Enables support for Surface Pro Type Cover and the Surface Pro Signature Type Covers.
• Surface PTP Filter – HID 1.0.173.1: Enables support for Surface Pro Type Cover and the Surface Pro Signature Type Covers.
• Surface Fingerprint Sensor Driver – Biometric device : 2.2.11.0 Enables support for Surface Pro Type Cover and the Surface Pro Signature Type Covers.
• Surface Pro Type Cover Integration – HID 1.0.2.0: Enables support for Surface Pro Type Cover and the Surface Pro Signature Type Covers.
• Surface Type Cover Filter Device – Keyboards: 1.1.504.0 Enables support for Surface Pro Type Cover and the Surface Pro Signature Type Covers.
